Amateur and Professional Photographers

We are currently accepting submissions of original photographic work to be included in our "America the Beautiful - God's Country" Collectors Edition publication. All submissions of your original photographic work must follow our terms and conditions guidelines in order to be included.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All photographic submissions must be your original work. You must own the copyright to any and all photographs submitted. In addition any photographs that contain people that are distinguishable must have a proper release signed and in your possession. Images of America and its parent company Yeteasy LLC assume no liability or responsibility for any infringements created by you. You agree that any infringements on copyright violations will hold Images of America, its parent company Yeteasy LLC and any other affiliates or subsidiaries harmless.
2. You may submit as many photographs as you wish. Any or all submissions do not constitute being included in this publication. Images of America will select what it feels are the best photographs from all submissions and ultimately pick those that are to be included. If your photograph or photographs are selected you will be compensated. (See compensation below)
3. Images of America reserves the right to exclude any photograph that it feels is distasteful for any reason whatsoever.
4. Prohibited photographs include nudity, pornographic, hateful, discriminating and any photograph depicting any unlawful or threatening act.

Type of Photographs: "Theme - "America the Beautiful God's Country"

1. We are looking for any and all photographs that are relevant to each and every State in the U.S. Anything from landscapes, architecture, dwellings, people, pets, etc. In keeping with the theme of this publication we encourage you to help us show America as never seen before through your photographs.
2. All photographs should be technically correct. You may provide images that have been manipulated or altered in programs like Photoshop or others provided they meet the theme of this publication.

Compensation:

Royalties for photographs that are selected to be used in this publication will be equal to 25% of the sale price of the total number of all publications sold. This 25% is to be divided by the total number of photographs in the publication. It is estimated that this publication will yield approximately $2,250.00 per photograph dependent on the number of books actually sold and the amount they sold for. If one or more of your photographs is selected to be used in this publication you will receive an email with necessary instructions and a link to provide information that we will need in order to pay you.

How to submit and upload your photographs.

You must be registered to upload photographs to be considered for our publication and/or Digital Media Mall. You may upload as many photographs as you wish.

Upload Sizes: Most images taken with digital cameras will work fine. The bigger the images the better. We are looking for high resolution images that we will capture from your submissions.

Watermarks: We provide a generic watermark on all images placed for submission. We would ask that you do not use a watermark since it will cause a possible unnecessary delay in using your images if you are selected. All images placed for submission are right click protected from being downloaded with the exclusion of the thumbnail which is automatically generated to a size that is of no use to plagiarizer.

3. Upload your photographs into related states sub-categories

If one or more of your photographs are selected to be included in our publication you will be notified.

* Images in our gallery, except for the thumbnails, are blocked from being downloaded in addition to having our watermark for your protection.
